The Undue Threat
From time to time, you have that a church or a religious leader threatens to stop somebody from receiving the Holy Communion, because of one reason or the other. It is good to stop an unrepentant sinner from receiving the Holy Communion. The real problem today is many religious leaders use the Holy Communion to threaten people, at times denying people what is a free gift from God. The purpose of this writing is to prove that nobody has the right to stop a child of God from receiving the Holy Communion. Every child of God is free to receive the Holy Communion as often as he wants. Likewise, every family, group or establishment can take the Holy Communion whenever they want.
It was unauthorized changes to the true worship of God that made people think that the Holy Communion should be received only in the church, during worship or must be given by a religious leader. The religious leaders succeed in the threats because people do not read the scriptures, to know their rights.

Jesus Started Breaking Bread In A House
17 Now on the first day of the Feast of the Unleavened Bread the disciples came to Jesus, saying to Him, "Where do You want us to prepare for You to eat the Passover?"
18 And He said, "Go into the city to a certain man, and say to him, 'The Teacher says, "My time is at hand; I will keep the Passover at your house with My disciples."'"
19 So the disciples did as Jesus had directed them; and they prepared the Passover. … Matthew 26:17-19

The Early Church Was Breaking The Bread In The Houses
46 So continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they ate their food with gladness and simplicity of heart, 47 praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily those who were being saved. Acts 2:46-47

The Disciples Alone Broke Bread
Now on the first day of the week, when the disciples came together to break bread , Paul, ready to depart the next day, spoke to them and continued his message until midnight. 8 There were many lamps in the upper room where they were gathered together. Acts 20:7-9

St Paul Alone Broke The Bread Often
11 Now when he had come up, had broken bread and eaten, and talked a long while, even till daybreak, he departed. Acts 20:11-12

33 And as day was about to dawn, Paul implored them all to take food, saying, "Today is the fourteenth day you have waited and continued without food, and eaten nothing. 34 Therefore I urge you to take nourishment, for this is for your survival, since not a hair will fall from the head of any of you." 35 And when he had said these things, he took bread and gave thanks to God in the presence of them all; and when he had broken it he began to eat. 36 Then they were all encouraged, and also took food themselves. Acts 27:33-37

Two Of The Disciples Alone Broke The Bread On Their Journey, On The Road To Emmaus
Now behold, two of them were traveling that same day to a village called Emmaus, which was seven miles from Jerusalem. 14 And they talked together of all these things which had happened. 15 So it was, while they conversed and reasoned, that Jesus Himself drew near and went with them. 16 But their eyes were restrained, so that they did not know Him.

… 27 And beginning at Moses and all the Prophets, He expounded to them in all the Scriptures the things concerning Himself. Luke 24:13-27

28 Then they drew near to the village where they were going, and He indicated that He would have gone farther. 29 But they constrained Him, saying, "Abide with us, for it is toward evening, and the day is far spent." And He went in to stay with them.
30 Now it came to pass, as He sat at the table with them, that He took bread , blessed and broke it, and gave it to them. 31 Then their eyes were opened and they knew Him; and He vanished from their sight.
32 And they said to one another, "Did not our heart burn within us while He talked with us on the road, and while He opened the Scriptures to us?" 33 So they rose up that very hour and returned to Jerusalem, and found the eleven and those who were with them gathered together, 34 saying, "The Lord is risen indeed, and has appeared to Simon!" 35 And they told about the things that had happened on the road, and how He was known to them in the breaking of bread . Luke 24:28-35

Abraham And Melchizedeck Did It Alone
18 Then Melchizedek king of Salem brought out bread and wine; he was the priest of God Most High. 19 And he blessed him and said:

"Blessed be Abram of God Most High,
Possessor of heaven and earth;
20 And blessed be God Most High,
Who has delivered your enemies into your hand."
Genesis 14:18-20

As Often As You Need
23 For I received from the Lord that which I also delivered to you: that the Lord Jesus on the same night in which He was betrayed took bread ; 24 and when He had given thanks, He broke it and said, "Take, eat; this is My body which is broken for you; do this in remembrance of Me." 25 In the same manner He also took the cup after supper, saying, "This cup is the new covenant in My blood. This do, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me."

26 For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord's death till He comes. 1 Corinthians 11:23-26

Fasting Is Not A Condition For Receiving Holy Communion
Jesus introduced Holy Communion when the Disciples were eating, even feasting.

And as they were eating, Jesus took bread, blessed and broke it, and gave it to the disciples and said, "Take, eat; this is My body."
27 Then He took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, "Drink from it, all of you. 28 For this is My blood of the new covenant, which is shed for many for the remission of sins. 29 But I say to you, I will not drink of this fruit of the vine from now on until that day when I drink it new with you in My Father's kingdom."
30 And when they had sung a hymn, they went out to the Mount of Olives. Matthew 26:26-30
